We partner with a limited number of fleets on structured pilots. You bring the data; we deliver an analysis built on peer-reviewed models — typically within 8–12 weeks. Choose the track that matches where you are:

Electrification pilot

For fleets planning the transition. We simulate your routes and answer the procurement questions:

  • Which routes can go electric first — and with which vehicles
  • Battery sizing, charger count, and depot power requirements
  • Total cost of ownership across scenarios, including winter conditions

Charging-optimization pilot

For fleets already running EVs. We optimize your charging against your tariff and service:

  • Optimized charging schedules for your depot and duty cycles
  • Quantified energy-cost and peak-demand savings
  • Battery-life impact of the recommended strategy

Modeling & optimization

We simulate your operation under real conditions and optimize against your objectives, with checkpoints along the way.

Results workshop

A written report and a working session with the team behind the models. Every deliverable is yours to keep.

What does a pilot cost?

Terms depend on scope and fleet size, and some pilots run under research and innovation programs. Book a scoping call and you'll get a clear, fixed proposal — no surprises.

Is our data confidential?

Yes. Your operational data is used only to build your analysis, we sign an NDA on request, and nothing is published or shared without your written approval.

What happens after the pilot?

If the results are useful, we scope a full deployment together. If not, you still keep the complete analysis — there's no obligation either way.
