FAQ

Questions fleets ask first.

What data does a pilot need?

Typically your routes and schedules (GTFS or spreadsheets), basic vehicle specifications, and your electricity tariff. Telematics data helps refine the models but isn't required to start.

How long until we see results?

A structured pilot delivers a full electrification or charging-optimization analysis in 8–12 weeks. A first scenario usually runs within days of receiving your data.

Who owns the data and the results?

You do. Your operational data is used only for your analysis, and every pilot deliverable is yours to keep — whether or not we keep working together.

How is this different from a consultant's study?

A study is static — it reflects the day it was written. Nextdriv is software: re-run scenarios as energy prices, routes, or fleet plans change, using peer-reviewed models instead of black boxes.

Does it work for our fleet type?

The models were developed and validated on real electric bus data and apply to depot-based fleets broadly: transit, municipal, logistics, and port operations.

See it on your own fleet.

We're running structured pilots with a small number of fleets: share your routes, schedules, and tariffs — get a full analysis of your operation in 8–12 weeks. You keep the results either way.
