Nextdriv ("we") operates nextdriv.ca. This policy describes what information the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Forms: when you submit the contact or newsletter form, we receive the information you enter (name, work email, organization, fleet details, message). Forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our mailbox.
• Analytics: we use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; it records anonymous, aggregated page statistics (page, referrer, browser type, country).

What we do not do

• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No sale or sharing of your information with third parties for marketing.
• No profiling.

How we use your information

Contact-form information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a fleet assessment or pilot proposal. Newsletter emails are used only to send occasional updates; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@nextdriv.ca. We comply with applicable Canadian and Québec privacy law, including Law 25.
