Fleet operators trust us with operational data. These are our standing commitments; engagement-specific terms are defined in each pilot agreement.

Ownership

Your operational data remains yours. Every analysis and deliverable produced from it belongs to you.

Use

Nextdriv uses client data solely to deliver the agreed fleet analysis or platform service. Client data is not used to train shared or general-purpose models, and client information or results are not published without written authorization.

Confidentiality

We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before any data is transferred.

Access and storage

Data access is limited to the project team working on your engagement, on access-controlled systems. Hosting arrangements and any additional security requirements are documented during pilot scoping.

Retention and deletion

We retain pilot data only as long as the engagement requires. On request, or at the end of an engagement, we delete your data and confirm deletion in writing.
